Payments...

Payments are due on the 1st of each month.  A $15 late fee will automatically be     assessed on the 11th of each month. We send out a statement around the 20th of the   prior month.  For those interested, we offer auto bill pay with a valid credit card or you may pay your bill online with the secure website at www.paypal.com  Please send your payment using our email address pay@magicallstars.com

 Make-Ups...

In the event that your child must miss a class, we require that you call in prior to the absence.  You may schedule a make-up class with the office but each missed class must be made up within a 30 day period.  All make-ups must be completed while enrolled at Magic All-Stars.  If you decide to withdraw from the program, all make-ups are forfeited.  Unfortunately, we are unable to offer credits in place of make-ups.

 Holidays...

The monthly fees are based on four classes per month even though some months may have five while others only have three due to holidays or closure dates.  Class fees are designed to balance out 5 week months against days closed throughout the year.

 Withdrawing from the Program...

If you decide to withdraw from the program, it is necessary for you fill out an official drop form available in the office.  This notice must be turned in four weeks prior to your drop date.  If a four week notice is not given, you will be responsible for payment for the additional four weeks.  This policy only applies to Magic Team Members four weeks prior to the end of the season.  Drop guidelines for the team program are outlined in your team agreement.

 What to Wear...

T-shirts and shorts are great work out attire.  Magic apparel is available to purchase at the gym.  Tennis shoes are optional for class students.  Hair must be pulled up into a pony tail.  No jewelry of any kind may be worn in the gym.
